  • Product
Comparing the product for the two festivals, both offered several shows to the audience. Out of tradition, BM Adelaide Fashion Festival offered its audience with unique experience by setting up an outdoor catwalk show whereby the street was being transformed to a parade.


  • Place
For both festivals, the event organizers did not restrict themselves to set up the events in only a location. To accommodate and to reach out to different audience, shows were held at several locations in order to create different experiences.


  • Partnership
The two festivals had a number of stakeholders. Sponsors held the majority. For Audi Fashion Festival, majority of its sponsorship came from retail owners while BMW Adelaide Fashion Festival had a diversification of sponsorships.


  • Promotions (communications)
Since the main sponsors for both festivals were car-related, cars were parked and displayed as part of the show. Public relations were used for festivals. Such marketing strategy enabled the media to do a write-up for the festivals and thus helped to promote and publicize the festivals further.


  • Programming
Audi Fashion Festival had several exhibitions held and each exhibition was held for a period of time. Thus, it allowed more fashion lovers to be able to see the exhibit. For BMW Adelaide Fashion Festival, there were only a few exhibitions and each exhibition does not last over a period of time. For Audi Fashion Festival, the setting of the environment at National Museum of Singapore gave the audience a sense of mysterious and also created the recollection of the past such as Romeo and Julliet.


  • People
The people involved in the festivals included renowned designers and famous supermodels. Audi Fashion Festival had the designers as its focus of attention to the public but this did not apply to BMW Adelaide Fashion Festival. The crews for the ‘Blackmarket’ for Audi Fashion Festival were pleasant polite and well-trained.


  • Packaging & Distribution
Tickets were sold by ‘tickets.com’ for Audi Fashion Festival. There were many outlets thus the public were able to purchase the tickets easily. However for BMW Adelaide Fashion Festival, tickets for excusive shows must be purchased through the official websites. This would thus make it inconvenient for some public who are not computer literate.


  • Price
There were many different pricing for Audi Fashion Festival and it offered different packages to the audience as there were many exhibitions and shows held. For BMW Adelaide Fashion Festival, there was no special package except for the two exclusive shows held have two different prices and its focus was on the parade out ‘The Parade’ which did not require any admission fee for the public.
